I loved the peaceful experience during my stay, especially being just 500 meters from the beautiful Fairy Glen, perfect for a relaxing walk, and also so close to the charming Dish Bar and Restaurant, where I enjoyed a lovely dinner just a few steps away.

Great stay with friendly staff!
Just spent a night here and was impressed. The staff were super helpful, especially Nick at reception who sorted us out with a room with a walk-in shower! Breakfast was nice, the chef was really friendly and cooked to order. A bit disappointed with the slow WiFi, though, could’ve been better!

The pub vibes in the bar were on point. Their cocktails had me buzzin'. Best of all, we were just a hop away from Dish Bar and Restaurant—couldn’t resist their pancakes! Comfy beds and that good shower pressure were the cherries on top.
Breakfast was a bit of a shambles—staff more into their chats than service, and we were left without clean cups. Those revamps could use a spot of staff polish too.

This place suits me perfectly. With great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar lounge, I always feel at home. The staff were incredibly helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay. I'm coming back for a romantic escape!

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends! We enjoyed beautiful scenic strolls by the lily ponds and woodland, which was a great way to unwind. The reception staff were super helpful, especially when sorting out our bookings late at night. Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip!
One downside was the cleanliness of the room we received, which didn’t quite meet expectations. It could use some improvement.

pleasant dining experience but poor service
The family room was spacious and comfortable, providing enough room for us to relax together. The dining options were enjoyable, with a wide range of dishes that satisfied our cravings, particularly the vegetarian options.
The service needs significant improvement.
